Our client, a regulated Global CFDs broker, is looking to hire an experienced Trading Platform Administrator (MT4/MT5) for their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.

Responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring and maintaining the operation of MT4/MT5 trading servers and platforms
  • Installing, maintaining and configuring the trading infrastructure operating systems and applications, ensuring their on-going maintenance and upgrade
  • Managing the VPS infrastructure and data centers
  • Monitoring, troubleshooting and restoring any trading system issues that arise in the daily operations, ensuring system continuity
  • Performing routine health and performance checks of trading systems and software
  • Providing technical support and guidance
  • Collaborating with external service providers relating to the trading platforms and applications

Education and experience:

  • Degree in Computer Science, IT or other related field
  • 1 – 3 years of working experience in a similar role
  • Hands-on experience with MT4/MT5 trading platforms
  • Knowledge and experience with networking (LAN/WAN, Firewalls, troubleshooting) and Windows Servers OS
  • Experience working with Linux, Microsoft, VMware and cloud technologies and solutions (MS Azure, Amazon WS)
  • Able to work under pressure and within deadlines
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in Greek and English. Any additional languages will be considered an advantage

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with the licensing and authorization process of investment firms and other financial institutions (includes local and global licensing)
  • Assisting with the operational support of investment firms and other financial institutions
  • Ensuring investment firms and financial institutions comply with the relevant laws and regulations
  • Communicating with clients and regulators with regards to ongoing support and authorizations
  • Advising clients of the impact of regulatory changes in their operations and business
  • Assist with the set up and implementation of internal policies and procedures of clients

Education and experience:

  • Degree in Law or Finance, Economics or other related field with minimum Upper Second Class or equivalent
  • CySEC Advanced Certificate
  • At least 2 years of working experience in a similar role
  • Strong interpersonal and time management skills, attention to detail, professional discipline and strong work ethic
  • Fluent in Greek and English. Any additional languages will be considered an advantage
